Miho Okada | Prior to joining CRT Japan, Miho worked at NISSAN MOTOR CO., LTD. Since 2009, she has been involved in the activities of CRT Japan, aiming to integrate sustainability to business strategies and operations. She holds a MA in Political Science from Waseda University, a MSt in Cambridge Institute for Sustainability Leadership from Cambridge University. |
Yukiko Sato | Involved in the activities of CRT Japan since 2016, in PSR program where Yukiko aims to help business leaders reach their full potential and to play an important role in their field globally through the establishment of an strong core within oneself. Since 2019, she has expanded her involvement in other CRT-Japan activities. Her career began at ANA where she worked as chief parser of international flights, a project member of a corporate culture review program, and an instructor for an internal employee education program. After working in employee training for ITOCUHU and DHL Japan, she worked at the Ritz-Carlton Tokyo where she led penetrating the corporate culture and established human resources training structure. Yukiko has completed an international professional development course at the Nebraska State University in Omaha, USA and a “Train the Trainer” program at the American Human Resources Development Organization. She holds a B.A in Sociology from Tokyo Woman’s Christian University. |
Nguyen Huong Giang | Giang is an experienced Project Manager with over a decade of experience in delivering successful projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Fresh out of university, she quickly secured a position in Hong Kong, working for a prominent technology client. Recognizing her exceptional capabilities, she was soon promoted to the role of Project Manager. Subsequently, she joined a Vietnamese IT subsidiary of the Kewpie Group, where she excelled in managing long-term projects, gaining valuable insights into project execution and delivery. Throughout her tenure, Giang demonstrated proficiency in project planning, execution, monitoring, controlling, and closure, successfully delivering multiple projects. In 2021, she earned her Project Management Professional (PMP)® certification, further validating her extensive knowledge and expertise in the field. Graduated from Hanoi Open University, Faculty of English and modern Languages. |
Minoru Matsuzaki | Minoru Matsuzaki joined CRT Japan in April, 2015. He previously worked with Olympus Corporation as a camera developer for more than 20 years. Then, he became a senior CSR advisor at the company, launching MDGs advocacy campaigns with the UN organizations, and carrying out major sponsorships such as Formula 1, NY Fashion and more. His interest lies in “Management and CSR” and social marketing. He is also a researcher of Social Design Lab. in Rikkyo University. He holds an Electrical Engineering degree from Keio University and a MBA in Social Design Studies in Rikkyo University. |
Hitoshi Morotomi | He joined CRT Japan in April, 2019. His Career started at NTT group as an telecom engineer. After he has received MS in Engineering Management at Stanford Univ., he contributed the Global Activities in NTT Group, such as International Procurement including US-Japan Negotiation with USTR, and global M&A, as a subleader, in addition to global business management. He also worked at Asian Development Bank at Manila, Philippines, in the field of Project Finance for developing countries, including Project Appraisal, Review, and Completion management. Prior to joining CRT Japan, He lead CSR, ISO Acquisition/Management (ISO9001/14001/27001), Procurement Control, and Auditing in NTT Com Engineering Corporation, including the introduction of new qualification process in procurement control, in view of environment and security capability in addition to financial & technical reliability. |
Toshimune Yamaguchi | Since 2006, Toshimune Yamaguchi has served as a director of CRT Japan, providing a cutting-edge CSR consulting service, seminars and trainings with a number of leading companies by leveraging his great expertise and extensive experiences. He worked previously with a global leading company as a financial expert for 12 years. He graduated from the University of Tokyo. He also earned his certification of U.S. Certified Public Accountant. |
Hiroki Wada | He is a global representative of Sedex in Japan, and has a particular interest in promoting responsible business practices in supply chains. Before joining, he was involved in CSR projects at the Business and Development Section of the Trade and Investment Division, UN ESCAP in Thailand. He holds a BA in Political Science from the State University of New York at Binghamton in the U.S and holds an MA degree in Responsible Management and Sustainable Economic Development in the United Nations mandated University for Peace. |
Kumiko Mima ‐Conference Interpreter |
Involved in the activities of CRT Japan as an individual member since 2004, Kumiko Mima has provided interpretation/translation services to CRT Global Dialogue, international conferences and seminars/workshops hosted by CRT Japan. She strives to bridge the gap between parties in the context of an ever evolving CSR and ‘Sustainability’ environment, learning from expertise and diversity. Prior to going freelance, she worked as an in-house interpreter at Walt Disney Attractions and then at MSD, an US pharmaceutical company, in the clinical research and development section for 7 years. She holds a BA in English Literature from Doshisha University in Japan, an MA in Linguistics from the School of Oriental African Studies the University of London in UK, and MBA from Aoyama Business School in Japan. |
