CRT Invitation to Reception Dinner for the Kenyan Delegate
CRT Japan is pleased to inform you that the delegates from different counties in Kenya that participant in a program entitled “Integrity Driven Leadership in Wealth and Job Creation”, will be visiting Japan from the 26th of March to the 1st of April 2017 after being introduced by global Caux Round Table.
The purpose of the program is to provide them with an opportunity to learn Japanese leadership styles and the principle of Kyosei (living and working together for the common good) in order to contribute to the development of the Kenyan economy.
After her independence in 1963 Kenya implemented a capitalist economic system and today it is one of the most economically advanced countries in East Africa. Nevertheless, the country still suffers from issues such as political instability, corruption, inefficiency, and an increasing disparity in wealth. Although economic growth in 2007 was 7%, internal turmoil lead to a very weak economic performance in 2008, before the economy returned to growth rates of 4-5% between 2009-2010. Nairobi is a major hub of telecommunications, finance, and transportation in East Africa
CRT Japan will host a reception dinner for the Kenyan delegates in which we would greatly appreciate your attendance.
